Scott is a partner and General Counsel for SNOW Partners’ businesses. Scott is an established attorney who focuses on various aspects of business law, including corporate transactional and employment law. He oversees all legal aspects for SNOW Partners’ various entities and businesses.
Scott began his career as a litigator and moved into transactional work when he started his own firm in 2013. With his background in litigation, Scott utilizes a comprehensive approach when analyzing transactional issues to ensure that our businesses are covered from every angle including compliance and risk mitigation.
