SNOW Partners was founded with a mission to help grow the ski and snowboard industry. We are renown in the areas of resort operation for using Lean Six Sigma methodology and technology to help provide the highest levels of resort guest experiences. Through a process-driven approach, SNOW Partners has worked with resorts around the globe to maximize profitability, while focusing on improving the guest experience through its award-winning SNOW Operating Conversion & Growth™ Program.

SNOW Partners also owns and operates Mountain Creek Resort and Big SNOW American Dream, North America’s first real-snow, indoor ski and snowboard facility, both located in New Jersey.

In 2015 we launched SnowCloud, a technology company that offers cloud-based resort management enterprise software that allows operators to have a more friction-free relationship with their guests.

In 2022 and 2023 SNOW Partners were named a Top Workplace in New Jersey and the Nation by the Energage Top Workplaces Survey.
