Kelly Brooks
Chief People Officer
Kelly brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience to the SNOW Partners team. As our Chief People Officer, Kelly works with the leadership teams of each of SNOW Partner’s businesses to see that our mission and values are being lived to the fullest. Kelly has worked in HR for several industries but in 2005, she was able to marry her love of snowboarding with her HR career, and joined the Mountain Creek team, where she got her resort roots.
Kelly has a passion for outdoor sports and is always looking to challenge herself and try new things. In 2021 Kelly completed her first Ironman triathlon. At SNOW Partners she strives to enhance the lives of our team members, through their experiences and connections at work.
