Brett Bagley
Chief Operating Officer, SnowCloud
Brett began his journey in resort operation at the age of 14 working at his local ski area Hunt Hollow in Naples, NY. He spent the first 8 years of his career working in the resort industry holding management roles at Roseland Waterpark and Mountain Creek. From there he pivoted into the world of experiential marketing and events. This is where Brett honed his skills and expertise in the areas of brand development, marketing, and orchestrating entertainment campaigns for renowned global brands and some of the world’s largest events. In 2017, Brett made the decision to return to his ski industry roots and join the team at SNOW Partners and SnowCloud.
Since joining SnowCloud, Brett has played a pivotal role for the team, spearheading projects related to idealized design, implementation, and elevating user experiences. In 2023 Brett was promoted to Chief Operating Officer to help lead SnowCloud into the future.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brett cherishes his roles as a devoted father, a loving husband, and a dedicated team player. Nature has always held a special place in his heart, and he passionately shares his love for the outdoors through sports. Whether it’s swimming, biking, running, or snowboarding, Brett can often be found enjoying these activities with his family. Moreover, he extends his enthusiasm to the community by coaching local youth in track and cross country, inspiring the next generation to embrace the wonders of athleticism and nature.
